As of late, it seems that many of my photoshoots involve teenagers.  Perhaps this is because my business is primarily word of mouth and I have three teens myself.  While it is true that this age group can challenge the photographer...they may be awkward, self-conscious, embarrassed and sometimes just uncooperative, they are more often than not, just a lot of fun.  

More than any other age group, what comes across really strongly when photographing teens is their sense of humour. Babies are beautiful and completely natural, young kids love to be silly, older people tend to be very posed, but the teens make me laugh.  As they grow from children into adults, their individuality shows through their humour...and it is a privilege to witness this transformation. 

I was delighted to once again be invited to exhibit some of my work at the King's School Art Show 2011.  I have chosen three landscape pieces, all of which have been printed on archival canvas.

Having just returned from a wonderful trip to New Zealand to visit friends, I feel compelled to share a few photos of the magnificent landscape....what a special place, and so few people...felt right at home....

Predictably unpredictable, the weather in Colorado in May kept us guessing.  It snowed heavily up until the day before the wedding, when the sun took over.  It was a perfect Spring Day for new beginnings...

I was recently contacted by a German tourist who had just returned to Germany after travelling through India. She had come across my artwork in India and was wanting to mention my Indian Photocards on her Blog.  For you German speakers, the link to her blog is:
